Mumbai shivers on coldest January day in 8 years

The city experienced its coldest January day in eight years on Friday. The minimum temperature plun-ged to 11.4 degrees Celsius, the lowest minimum for January since 2013 and also the lowest recorded this winter in Mumbai.
