'Tadipar' paraded to drum beats in Bhandup

Traffic stopped, shopkeepers rushed out and housewives took a break from their chores to peep out of windows as the beating of drums resounded on Thursday evening. To their bafflement, it wasn't a 'baraat' (marriage procession), but a 'tadipar' being paraded.
