Draft CAG report faults Navi Mumbai Metro plan

The final CAG report will be tabled in the state legislature's ongoing budget session. It is based on audit conducted in 2017-18 of contracts allotted by Cidco such as those for the Nerul-Uran railway, Navi Mumbai Metro Rail (NMMR), Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA) and the water billing system set up by it.
