Kamala blaze report: 30% offices not checked

In the aftermath of the December 2017 blaze in two eateries in Kamala Mills complex that left 14 dead, a civic team appointed to inspect violations at the premises has claimed it could not inspect around 30% of the offices saying they were locked.
