'Maha to be single-use plastic free by May 1'

State environment minister Aaditya Thackeray on Friday revisited one of the Shiv Sena’s pet themes—the drive against plastic—saying he aimed to make Maharashtra single-use plastic free by May 1. He was replying to supplementaries during Question Hour in the legislative council on Friday.
