Ambulance row: JJ Hospital panel seeks more time

A seven-day extension has been sought by the inquiry committee of the JJ Group of Hospitals looking into allegations that the medical superintendent of state-run St George’s Hospital had been using the hospital’s ambulances for personal purposes. “The committee has asked for more time to look into the matter,” said JJ Hospital dean Dr Pallavi Saple.
