Bungalow purchase: Mum bizman duped of Rs 7.9cr

A 49-year-old south Mumbai businessman has lodged a police complaint against a Chembur resident alleging that the latter cheated him of Rs 7.9 crore. The complainant, Manish Munot, told the police he paid this amount to the accused, Mehul Parekh, to buy from him a bungalow in Chembur but later learnt that the accused was not in physical possession of the property.
