‘False documents used to join Garware club’

The Bombay high court has rejected the anticipatory bail plea of two members of Garware Club House at Wankhede stadium, Churchgate, who posed as sons of a deceased life member and submitted false and fabricated documents to obtain membership. It granted their mother relief considering her age and that she is a woman.
