Mum: Petrol pumps for essential services, biz dips

Government officials instructed petrol pump owners on Wednesday to serve vehicles dealing with essential and emergency services on priority, sources said. Thus, private vehicles may now find themselves spending more time at pumps. Private car owners and bikers were even turned away at some locations on Wednesday.
