Cobbler dies half a km from hosp as FOB was shut

A 60-year-old cobbler from Dharavi suffered a heart attack on Wednesday but could not be taken to Sion hospital, half a km away, as the railway FOB leading there had been closed. An ambulance arrived three hours later, by when he had passed away.
