Lockdown: 'Nihangs' attack policemen in Punjab

Four nihang sikhs who got into a scuffle with policemen at the Patiala vegetable market chopped off the left hand of an assistant sub-inspector and injured other cops including a station house officer on Sunday morning. "We are trying ensure best medical help for the ASI, while action as per law is being taken against Nihangs," a police official said.
