Mumbai: Pvt hospitals get nod for hiring drive

: With many leading hospitals and nursing homes forced to shut operations after their healthcare personnel tested positive for Covid-19, the civic body on Wednesday told private hospitals they would be given special permission to carry out recruitment drives amid the lockdown if they were facing manpower shortage. Several major private hospitals, including Wockhardt and Jaslok, have started partial operations, the BMC said.
