While clerics and govts across the Muslim world will greet Ramzan this week under lockdown, in Pakistan, some of the most prominent imams have rallied their devotees to ignore the anti-pandemic measures. The Imran Khan govt gave in to clerics' demand that mosques in Pakistan be allowed to stay open during Ramzan. Now, the critics are asking who is in charge.
