In Dadar, case growth rate higher than in Dharavi

Dadar reported 59 Covid-19 cases on Wednesday. The number of cases here were under control during the lockdown but have started to increase after relaxation of curbs. On Tuesday the area had reported 31cases. The daily average growth rate of cases in Dadar is now 2%, whereas in Dharavi it is 0.41% and the city’s overall average daily growth rate is 1.36%. The projected doubling rate in Dadar is 31 days, whereas in Dharavi it is 247 days and the city’s average doubling rate is 52 days.
