Bengaluru doctor making apps for IS arrested

A 28-year-old ophthalmologist from Basavanagudi in south Bengaluru was arrested by National Investigation Agency late Monday night for alleged links with Islamic State-Khorasan Province (ISKP), an offshoot of ISIS.
