'Men account for 65% of Mum’s 6k+ Cov deaths'

In an analysis of 6,297 Covid deaths in the city, men were found to have a higher case fatality rate (CFR) of 6.1% than women’s 5.3%. Mumbai’s overall CFR—the percentage of coronavirus deaths to number of patients who have tested positive—is 5.8%, still much higher than the state and country averages.
