Sushant case live: SC verdict on CBI probe today

SC is set to pronounce its verdict on Rhea Chakraborty’s plea for transfer of FIR filed against her alleging abetment in actor Sushant’s death to Mumbai. The SC, if it orders a CBI probe, will also decide which court — the one in Patna or Mumbai — will have jurisdiction over the FIR and consequent investigation.
