Divorce ends OCI status too, says Bombay HC

A Canadian woman asked by the Home Ministry to surrender her OCI Card after her divorce from an Indian citizen got no relief from Bombay high court after she failed to show any legal provision that suspends such cancellation when an appeal against a divorce order is pending. She had challenged the MHA notices as illegal.
