Mumbai per capita Covid spend at Rs 634

Huge resource disparities are emerging between cities in the fight against Covid. While the BMC has spent over Rs 900 crore in Mumbai, three large urban centres in the metropolitan region around it have together used up barely Rs 125 crore.
