Restaurants to insist on time slots to boost biz

Stringent time slots for customers and a limited menu, especially for desserts. These are some of the measures restaurants and bars, which reopened on Monday with a 33% occupancy cap in the city and 50% in the state, have taken to speed up orders and maximise their limited operations. On Day One of the reopening, several restaurants in the state saw 40% occupancy.
