7 held for duping Mumbai bizman of Rs 39.8L

The Dongri police have busted a racket in which a city businessman was cheated of Rs 39.8 lakh. A woman, who introduced herself as a captain in the American army, befriended the complainant through social media in February and offered him a partnership to start a shopping mall in Mumbai. While probing the case, police arrested a Nigerian national and six Indian nationals.
