Civic poll: NCP changes Kalyan dist chief

Ahead of Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC) election, the NCP in order to strengthen the party, has changed Kalyan's district president and given the post to former NCP MLC Jagganath (Appa) Shinde, replacing Ramesh Hanumante.
