Man attacks cop over parking row in Thane

The owner of a garage in Ulhasnagar, Hemant Popali (42) was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly beating up a cop who was about to tow away his two-wheeler parked “inappropriately” on the road, impeding flow of traffic.
