Mumbai: 'Mere chats not evidence of drug peddling'

Granting bail to an Australian architect arrested by the NCB, a special Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act court on Thursday held that, at this stage, his WhatsApp messages with a co-accused are not substantial and sufficient to hold that he was a drug peddler.
