BMC ends trust’s contract to run Covid centre

Following irregularities and lapses in services, BMC on Sunday terminated the contract given to a private trust to run Mulund’s Richardson & Cruddas jumbo Covid centre. BMC on Sunday took over the centre and has deployed its own in-house staff and doctors, replacing the trust’s staff.
