Phase 1: Int'l placements at IIT-B plunge to 58

In the midst of the pandemic, IIT-Bombay saw international offers in the first phase of campus placements drop to 58 this year from 156 last year. At IIT-Kharagpur, the number dropped to 30 from 43 and IIT-Madras to 14 from 33 in the first phase last year.
