Re-hear ED plea in Amit Chandole case: HC

Bombay high court on Monday set aside an order of a Holiday Sessions Judge rejecting a plea by Enforcement Director of further police custody of Amit Chandole under PMLA and directed the special trial court to pass fresh order in the course of the day itself.
