Mum locals to open to all during non-peak hrs?

Despite the steady drop in Covid-19 cases in Mumbai, commuters will have to wait some more before the state allows the general public to travel by local trains in the city. However, officials are considering a proposal to allow the public to travel during non-peak hours, before 7am and post 10pm.
