State wants 11-member SC bench for Maratha case

Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) government wants the Maratha quota case to be heard by an 11-judge bench of Supreme Court. Ashok Chavan, chairman of the state cabinet sub-committee for Maratha quota, said the Centre must take a positive stand at the judicial and constitutional front to retain Maratha reservations and file an affidavit in favour of quota in SC.
