3 held in Bhiwandi for destroying mangroves

The Forest Department on Monday night seized two dumpers and arrested three people for allegedly destroying mangroves by dumping debris on Dive-Anjur stretch in Bhiwandi on Mumbai-Nashik highway in Maharashtra.
