CS ask dept head to stagger work hours for staff

A day after chief minister Uddhav Thackeray asked the state administration to stagger working hours of state secretariat employees to ensure social distance without hampering routine work, the chief secretary issued an order, asking department secretaries to decide on the form of staggered timings at their convenience.
