Not an offence to touch kid's cheek: Pocso court

Holding that touching a child’s cheeks without any sexual intent is not an offence, a special Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (Pocso) Act court on Tuesday acquitted a 28-year-old electrician, even as he was found guilty by the same court for molesting the five-year-old girl’s mother.
