Pune builder, son move HC against ED summons

Pune-based builder Avinash Bhosale and son Amit approached Bombay high court on Friday with a petition against summons received from the Enforcement Directorate in connection with an alleged land scam. They are seeking orders to quash the summons and interim orders to restrain ED from taking any coercive steps following the “arbitrary” summons.
