Ahmednagar police on Friday evening registered a case of criminal breach of trust, cheating and an offence under the Black Magic Act against then district judge-2 and chairman of the Jagdamba Devi Sarvajanik Trust in Pathardi, the then chief executive officer of the trust and other trustees following a directive by the Aurangabad bench of Bombay high court in a case of alleged misappropriation of temple property.
