Two Nepali nationals held for NOC forgery

Two men from Nepal ended up in police custody after paying Rs 40,000 each to a Delhi-based agent to help them in getting the visa and a no-objection certificate (NOC) from Nepal Embassy at New Delhi required for flying from India to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
