BMC got 9k encroachment plaints since pandemic

In the pandemic year, BMC’s dedicated website to report encroachments, removalofencroachment.mcgm.gov.in, received as many as 9,558 complaints from citizens. The civic body has managed to demolish merely 466 of these structures so far.
