A day after state home minister Anil Deshmukh of the NCP said that serious lapses in the probe into the car explosives and Mansukh Hiran death case had led to the transfer of Mumbai police commissioner Parambir Singh, the Shiv Sena mouthpiece Saamna backed Singh, saying his transfer did not mean he was guilty.
