HC rejects plea to transfer 2013 murder trial

Bombay high court on Monday rejected a plea by Sandeep Lahoriya to transfer on-going trial in the 2013 murder of his father Sunil Lahoriya, a real estate developer, out of Thane Sessions Judge RR Vaishnav's court to any other court.
