State to set up 14 oxygen plants: Shinde

The state government will set up 14 plants to “produce oxygen from atmospheric air” to fulfil increasing demand for medical oxygen for Covid patients in hospitals. They will come up in Mumbai metropolitan region (MMR) to cater to the urgent need for medical oxygen, said state urban development minister Eknath Shinde.
