BMC struggling on refining vaccine bids

With both Moderna and Pfizer saying they will only deal with the Centre and denying authorising any agent to market their Covid vaccine in India, the state government is in a quandary as eight intermediaries claiming tie-ups with the two, AstraZeneca and the maker of Sputnik have responded to its 5-crore doses global tender.
