Mumbai to open up a bit but no women on local trains

BMC on Saturday iterated that Mumbai was under level 3 of lockdown restrictions, as laid down by state government’s ‘Break the Chain’ order on Friday. Some lockdown restrictions will be lifted and the order will come into effect from Monday.
