Mumbai: Five killed in landslide in Kalwa

The toll in rain-related tragedies mounted in the Mumbai region after five more deaths in a landslide at Kalwa while the task of evacuating slum dwellers living on slopes vulnerable to damage in a downpour stared government agencies in the face. In the last 48 hours, at least 38 people have died in incidents linked to heavy rainfall.
