Aaditya’s Yuva Sena sheds moderate face in clashes

With Yuva Sena office bearers and functionaries spearheading protests and violence for the Shiv Sena against Union Minister Narayan Rane’s ‘slap’ comments, the Aaditya Thackeray-led youth wing has finally shed its image of being a moderate face of the organisation. Since its launch in 2010 under Aaditya Thackeray’s leadership, the Yuva Sena has been a counter to the aggressive Bhartiya Vidyarthi Sena (BVS), the original student wing of the party known for its militant street protests.
