Degree college cut-offs in Mum drop marginally

The second merit list for admissions to degree colleges brought little cheer to aspirants vying for seats in top-rung colleges. The cut-offs dropped marginally for sought-after self-financed courses and for arts in these colleges. Pure science courses, which saw higher cut-offs in the first list, saw a massive fall in some colleges.
