Cops file charges in Sakinaka rape case

A 45-year-old man arrested for the rape and murder of a woman in Sakinaka on September 10 told the cops that he was angry with the victim for refusing to have sex with him, police said in a 346-page chargesheet submitted against the accused on Tuesday.
