'Healthy dogs, cats can't be removed'

In a move that will surely spell relief for animal lovers and feeders, the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation's veterinary officer, Dr Shriram Pawar, has stated that local community animals which are healthy and vaccinated cannot be removed or relocated from their original place, even if they are inside a housing society.
