6-acre beachside home in Alibaug sold for Rs 80 cr

Across the Mumbai harbour, the pandemic and the resultant lockdown have led to a property boom in the sleepy coastal town of Alibaug, a holiday getaway for many in the city. In probably the biggest real estate deal here, a six-acre beachfront home has now been sold for Rs 80 crore in Awas village of Alibaug.
