BMC puts new jumbo centres in cold storage

With the third wave not in sight, the BMC has put on hold its Rs 104 crore plan to outsource operations of its new jumbo Covid-19 centres. It had planned to give out the operation of three new jumbo centres at Malad, Sion and Kanjurmarg along with a part of those in BKC and Dahisar to private agencies.
