Bombay HC fines Syedna Rs 30L for trial delay

Bombay high court has directed Syedna Muffadal Saifuddin to pay Rs 30 lakh as costs for delaying the trial in a challenge to his claim as the spiritual head of the Dawoodi Bohra community.
