‘Low pressure hit Avighna fire operations’

Low water pressure in the nozzle of the 60-storey high-rise, One Avighna Park, at Currey Road, hampered fire-fighting, the fire brigade has claimed. “Had water pressure been up to the mark, we could have contained the blaze at the start itself,” a senior fire brigade official said. The builder’s company, however, refuted the fire brigade’s claim.
